Horse Medicine meets Movement Medicine & Dance

There is a different kind of learning that happens when we slow down enough to listen.

This immersion brings together Equine Assisted Therapy, natural mindfulness and Movement Medicine-inspired dance, guided by a generous herd and experienced facilitators who prioritise safety, consent and ethical care.

Rather than striving for growth as an outcome, this space invites something more subtle. A return to presence. A softening into awareness. A willingness to meet each moment as it is.

What to expect

The day unfolds at a spacious and grounded pace, allowing time for integration and embodied experience.

You’ll be guided through:

  • Gentle, trauma-informed interactions with horses
  • Movement Medicine-inspired practices for authentic expression
  • Mindfulness and non-verbal awareness exercises
  • Reflective moments to anchor insight into daily life
  • A supportive, small-group environment

This is a space where listening becomes the practice. To the body. To the land. To the quiet intelligence of the herd.

The heart of the experience

The journey is inspired by the 21 Gratitudes from Movement Medicine, reimagined through equine work and experiential learning.

Each element becomes a living inquiry. From grounding and presence, to courage, compassion and connection. These are not ideas to understand, but qualities to embody and return to in everyday life.
