SUMMARY:Zen in the Wild | Yoga Safari Retreat

SUMMARY:The Spirit of Clay
DESCRIPTION:Held within the peaceful surrounds of Cape Town Centre for Unity\, this intimate experience invites a return to the quiet intelligence of the hands. \nGuided by ceramicist and facilitator Riana Alet\, the afternoon unfolds gently\, offering space to reconnect with an innate sense of creativity through the grounding medium of clay. Using wild terracotta sourced from the Knysna forest\, participants are introduced to three foundational hand building techniques\, shaping a vessel that emerges as much from feeling as from form. \nThe experience weaves together meditation\, visualisation and moments of quiet nature immersion\, creating a rhythm that supports both expression and reflection. There is no rush here.
