A 3-Day Ayurvedic Retreat for Women

This three-day retreat is an invitation to step out of the constant doing of daily life and into a slower, more receptive way of being. Held within the quiet beauty of Bodhi Khaya, Remembering Softness offers a space for women to reconnect with themselves, with nature and with one another.

Guided by Claudia Batschari and Tharien Pieterse, the experience draws on the wisdom of Ayurveda, gentle movement, breath and time in nature. The retreat follows the rhythm of the new moon, creating a natural container for reflection, restoration and emotional integration.

Days unfold slowly. Mornings begin with yoga and meditation, followed by nourishing Ayurvedic meals and time immersed in the surrounding landscape. Afternoons invite deeper exploration through guided sessions, creative practices and shared space in circle. There is also space for stillness, for silence, and for simply being.

Set within the Wild Pod at Bodhi Khaya, participants are held by the elements. Forest, water and open sky become part of the experience, supporting a return to the body’s natural rhythm and a deeper sense of belonging.

This is a retreat for women at all stages of life. A space to soften, to listen, and to remember what it feels like to be supported, both by community and by the land itself.
